Culture-Strategy Fit Workshop for Consultants

We are pleased to invite external consultants to share our latest research about culture fit to strategy and culture change. With over thirty culture patterns now identified as most influential for specific strategic outcomes, we have developed an array of culture survey tools that can now be incorporated into your practice. We hold a two-day workshop, a least twice yearly, during which time we share our research, surveys and methods. This workshop will be most useful for seasoned OD, executive development and strategic initiative consultants able to work comfortably with clients on complex organizational alignment initiatives and culture change.

This will be a hands-on workshop. There will be practice in identifying the types of Culture-Strategy Fit surveys and tools that can be used with your clients, selecting culture patterns to create a custom culture assessment process and preparation for debriefing reports. We will examine typical organizational needs, culture change phasing and best practices and how a culture measurement system can be developed that will track culture change over time.

Most importantly, you will come away with deeper understanding of organizational culture patterns and how they operate to support or impede future success and with a set of easy to customize tools that can be used with your clients it identify priority areas for action. Together, we can help organizations create culture by design, not default.
