I am confident that you have sound research, effective tools and a commitment to integrity, authenticity and collaboration that will make it easy to work together. By the end of the two days, I felt like I had been there for four because we covered so much in the time frame. Thank you for the well-planned program, the experiential nature and an atmosphere of collegiality that made this an outstanding experience.

Workshops
Culture Safari - The CSF Culture Safari™ invites participants to explore the shared beliefs and assumptions that influence the way things get done in their organization or group. Heightened awareness of their organization’s culture and its subcultures is achieved and with this a deeper understanding of the ways that they individually and collectively shape the culture around them.
The Culture Safari consists of two modules. Module 1 explores the current culture of the organization (or group). It is especially useful for introducing basic concepts in the area of organizational culture. Module 2 builds on Module 1 with a focus on the culture the organization or group needs for the future. It is particularly effective in helping participants to think about the relationship between culture, strategy and performance and the role that they play in shaping and changing culture. Module 1 can be run alone or in combination with Module 2.
Leading Culture for Executives - Ideal for executive development, annual planning sessions or to launch a major change, this experience rapidly immerses senior leaders in examining how the culture operates and what is required from them to create a quantum lift in performance through culture.
Leading Culture for Mid-level Leaders - This workshop focuses on engaging mid-level managers in examining their role as culture creators and the way group norms of behavior, beliefs and practices need to be collectively shaped to deliver mission and goals.
Leading Culture for Front-line Managers - This workshop is focused on the way that first-line managers can proactively develop culture strengths and close culture gaps within their own area of influence.
Future-state Culture Executive Workshop - This one day intensive focuses on articulating the future-state culture needed for the delivery of goals and strategies. It encourages deep dialogue and reflection so that what is needed, and will be distinctive in the future, is clearly described. The outcome is cohesion around a shared view of the future-state culture.
The Leader's Role in Creating a High Engagement Workplace - While leaders intend to create an environment where everyone brings their full commitment and talent, too often their efforts fall short. Their repertoire of engagement practices are often too limited and confined by mindsets and beliefs that don't reflect the level of complexity and ambiguity in today's workplace. This high energy workshop works with leaders to craft sets of engagement practices that will work in their own environments. From a Culture Bingo that clarifies the leader's role in shaping culture to feedback on the way their current behaviors and practices are shaping engagement, leaders define the kinds of practices, behaviors and beliefs that they need to use to kindle high levels of engagement within their area of influence. This is a one-day workshop.
Business simulation
The Chocolate Factory – The CSF Chocolate Factory Simulation™ is a high impact contribution to leadership development programs, planning retreats, business transformation initiatives, mergers and department development. It focuses on within and across group interactions and provides a rapid opportunity for leaders to experience the way culture is shaped through what they say and do, and how it contributes to, or impedes, delivery of high quality organizational outcomes. Dynamics around information sharing, collaboration, decision making, power, innovation, adaptability and other aspects of culture rapidly emerge. The simulation is scored as a business simulation and the impact of the culture created by leader behaviors is explored. A unique simulation linking strategy, culture and leader behavior.
