Culture Dynamics Research Study
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the culture dynamics within your organization, how culture dynamics are impacting its organizational effectiveness and how your culture dynamics compare to other mid-sized organizations.
You are invited to participate in a research project that is investigating culture dynamics. Culture dynamics refers to the system of practices and behaviors that determine the way things are done in the organization which in turn impacts delivery of strategy and goals.
Organizations or their units with 100 to 1000 employees are invited to participate. The cost to participate is $5,400 (this covers the study’s costs and is a discount from non-study rates of $7,500). You will receive a report of the culture survey results for your organization as well as one of the study findings. The report is in PowerPoint format and includes:
· A description of the culture dynamics in your organization and how these are likely affecting organizational performance and effectiveness
· Key similarities and differences across demographic groups within your organization (subcultures)
· Survey data displays and employee responses to two open-ended questions
Purpose:
· To determine if there are similarities in the culture dynamics of organizations with 100 to 1,000 employees.
· To determine if there is an organization size that causes a change in culture dynamics. For example, are the culture dynamics the same in organizations with 200 employees and 500 employees?
Eligible Organizations:
A minimum of 5 organizations is required to proceed. The maximum number of participating organizations is 10.
· Number of total employees: 100 to 1,000
· Locations: North America*
· Language: English
*A similar study is being planned for Europe. For information, please contact Missak Vehouni, Managing Director, Culture-Strategy Fit Europe at missak@culturestrategyfit.com.
Approach:
Participating organizations will complete:
· A background information questionnaire to identify contextual factors that may affect the results of the study
· An on-line culture survey that is accessible to all employees
Statistical analysis of the data will be conducted.
Applications:
