Culture-Strategy Fit Inc. offers diagnostic surveys as part of its services to clients. We often work with alliance partner oonsulting firms who use our surveys as part of larger engagements. We examine organizational practices, group norms of behavior and implicit beliefs and assumptions. Consequently we are not interested in individual responses but in the patterns revealed by responses.
We respect respondee right to anonymity above all else. Our diagnostic surveys may ask respondees to disclose their age, gender, years of service with the organization, department, level in the organization and/or location or other information. We collect and store this information in order to conduct research studies both for the specific client organization and for academic research purposes.
This information is kept strictly confidential, is used only in its aggregated form and is not used to identify individuals. Individual responses will not be revealed to any client organization or consulting group. Organizations will be identified only with their consent.
