Nancie Evans

Nancie Evans, B.Sc., M.A., Ph.D.

Nancie brings to her clients a unique set of capabilities that is a result of her 25 years of general management and consulting experience combined with her extensive academic credentials that include a doctorate in management from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. This powerful combination of hands-on experience and solid theoretical understanding is used to advantage in providing our clients with innovative and practical solutions to complex culture change challenges. Nancie is Vice President Research and Assessment.

 

Sherrill Burns

Sherrill Burns, B.A. Psych./Soc.

Sherrill has worked in the organizational effectiveness field as an external consultant since 1993 and as an internal consultant for a decade prior. Her early career in high technology and a large consulting firm influenced her to develop an in-depth understanding about organizational alignment and in particular how practices, behaviors, norms and beliefs can be aligned to deliver strategy. Her extensive background in strategic change projects brings a practical edge to culture change initiatives. Sherrill is President, Corporate and the Americas.

 

 

Missak Vehouni

Missak Vehouni, B.Sc., M.Sc, M.A.

Missak has lived in seven countries and has conducted business in over twenty. In addition to his deep understanding of multi-cultural environments, he brings real-life global experience at the executive level with over twenty years with international companies. where he was instrumental in shaping company cultures, resulting in distinctive employment brands for high employee engagement and improved performance. Missak is President, Europe and is responsible for Client Relations in Europe and the Middle East. His qualifications include a M. S. Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC/Paris and Insead/Fontainebleau and a M.Sc. in International Management from Boston University.

Marti Smye, Ph.D.

Dr. Smye is acknowledged globally as a premier change manager. She is widely sought as a thought leader on the dynamics of senior leadership and the impact of culture shock on organizations involved in change.

Acclaimed throughout North America and internationally as much for her corporate expertise as for her power and energy as a speaker, Dr. Smye has distinguished herself in the fields of organizational psychology and organizational change for more than three decades. Dr. Smye is an accomplished author with all of her titles being routinely used by many Fortune 50 firms.

Founder of four businesses, Dr. Smye has also served as president of the worldwide consulting division of a NYSE-listed company. She started and developed a coaching business for a global, public company and has sat on a number of not-for-profit boards, public boards, and advisory boards of entrepreneurial companies.

Arna Banack M.Litt., History and Philosophy of Science

 

Arna helps organizations understand the power of culture.  She works with leaders and then engages the entire organization in an understanding and a dialogue around culture, helping to define the culture that is needed for individual organizations to deliver on their strategic objectives. With the knowledge that has been gained through an assessment and discussion process, Arna works in partnership with the organization for the design of strategies to create culture fit to strategy.

 

Drawing on her extensive experience as a facilitator, coach and advisor in the private, not for profit, and public sectors, Arna works in partnership with clients to address their unique challenges. One of her strengths is her innate ability to surface key issues. Once recognized, this opens the door to the implementation of effective action plans to raise effectiveness.

 

She is a certified corporate coach and has advanced certificates in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Her unique experience with use of space to contribute to culture brings a new perspective to her work with clients.
