Nancie Evans, B.Sc., M.A., Ph.D.
Nancie brings to her clients a unique set of capabilities that is a result of her 25 years of general management and consulting experience combined with her extensive academic credentials that include a doctorate in management from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom. This powerful combination of hands-on experience and solid theoretical understanding is used to advantage in providing our clients with innovative and practical solutions to complex culture change challenges. Nancie is the partner responsible for Research and Assessment.
Sherrill Burns, B.A. Psych./Soc.
Sherrill has worked in the organizational effectiveness field as an external consultant since 1993 and as an internal consultant for a decade prior. Her early career in high technology and a large consulting firm influenced her to develop an in-depth understanding about organizational alignment and in particular how practices, behaviors, norms and beliefs can be aligned to deliver strategy. Her extensive background in strategic change projects brings a practical edge to culture change initiatives. Sherrill is the partner responsible for Client Service.
