To help leaders expand their repertoire of behaviors and practices in the 10 cultural dimensions most critical to creating and maintaining a strong foundation culture, we have created the Leading Culture Handbook™. Used alone or with the Leading Culture Snapshot, it is a new kind of development and coaching guide. It provides examples of effective leader behaviors for each dimension and, uniquely, the social, managing, operating and learning practices that these behaviors can become part of. It also includes a set of action strategies to get started. This is not intended to be prescriptive, but illustrative of a variety of highly effective ways to apply behaviors, as individuals and as teams of leaders, to develop a vibrant and agile culture.
