Getting Organized for a Leading Culture Snapshot Survey

Identify the timeline for the survey: start date, end date and report date and number of surveys you require.

Identify the Exemplar dimension you would like in your survey. The survey has 11 dimensions, one of which you choose. Pick one that is important to the context of the organization: Client Experience (E.g. (Hospitality, Retail), Innovation (E.g. Consumer Products), Operational Excellence (E.g. Manufacturing, Mining) or Reliability (E.g. Utilities, Transportation).

The standard comparisons are Self, Boss and Peers. If you would like to customize your survey a modest fee applies.

We will send survey access codes for each leader and for his/her survey participants.

We'll also provide you with a sample invitation letter.

We will send color PDF copies of the report to you on the agreed upon date. Reports should be printed in color.
