Comparing Leading Culture Snapshot Reports

Insights for action

Leading Culture Snapshot report - Leader Report (standard)

Each Leading Culture 360 report contains three sections. The standard report provides more analysis of the results and information about culture change strategy. It is most appropriate for executive development and leadership coaching and, in particular, when a culture change is needed to deliver strategy or the organization wants to strengthen its cultural foundation after change.

Leading Culture Snapshot - Leadership Development Report (abridged)

For leadership development programs when there may be time, attention and cost constraints, we have an abridged report. Although not as robust for coaching as the standard report, it raises personal awareness about the impact of behaviors and practices. Often leaders think that everyone else has to change, but not necessarily themselves. This provides a mirror for personal reflection and action planning.

A Leading Culture Snapshot for Leadership Development comprises three sections. It comprises 50 item statements rather than 70 and provides less analysis and an abbreviated action planning section:

Leading Culture Snapshot - Executive & Entrepreneur Report

For executives an additional set of 10 item statements is added to the 70 item statement survey to probe factors such as external focus, proactive change, social responsibility, strategic thinking and vision.

Paper-based survey ideal for use in leadership development workshops, in department development and change initiatives.

 

Leading Culture Handbook

In order to take action planning to a more informed level, we have developed the Leading Culture Handbook™, a new kind of tool for leaders and their coaches that provides examples of leader behaviors, plus practices and action strategies for each of the dimensions. Practical and action-oriented, it will helps leaders build a high impact plan to close gap areas.
