This information session rapidly reviews the model behind the tool, its dimensions and related culture patterns that comprise it as well as the report.
It also describes how to use the Leading Culture Handbook to build a powerful plan of action that focuses on specific behaviors, practices and action strategies that will ignite and sustain the behavior change.
This one hour information webinar is held the first and third Thursday of the month at noon, EDT (UTC -4 hours).
