This workshop features a series of experiential activities that enable groups of leaders to explore the way their assumptions, behaviors and practices impact group and enterprise performance and sustainability.

  • A Culture Safari in which the present and desired future cultures are explored

  • The Chocolate Factory simulation which reveals the impact of leader behaviors on enterprise effectiveness and sustainability

  • The Leading Culture Snapshot which provides 360°feedback on their actual behaviors from those in their network

  • Culture change strategies effective for their area of influence

  • Action planning that expands the participant's repertoire of leadership behaviors, practices and action strategies  

  • The Leading Culture Handbook, a tool describing behaviors, practices and action strategies for strengthening specific aspects of culture 

Additional modules can focus on specific aspects of desired culture such as trust, collaboration, engagement and more, creating a custom program.
