This program is experiential and high energy. Experiencing such activities as a Culture Safari, the Leading Culture 360° survey and the Leading Culture Handbook, participants develop practical action strategies for shifting group norms and upgrading routines and practices to lift group performance.
When organizations are working on aspects of culture such as engagement, teamwork, empowerment and agility, this program can provide insights for action that can be immediately applied to improve areas identified in employee satisfaction surveys and other diagnostics.
