This program engages executives in articulating how organizational culture needs to evolve and their role in activating culture change strategies to diffuse behavior change in response to new strategies and goals. It make clear where conventional thinking about culture change works, where it fails and what they can do to make it happen.
Learn by experiencing culture
Modules include experiential activities focused on culture and systems alignment that reveal the way executive behaviors currently impact culture and how culture can be strengthened to deliver strategy at the top, middle and front line of the organization.
Build cohesion and capability
These modules will be of interest to executive teams who want to build cohesion around a future view of the culture and commitment to a set of strategies for individually and collectively shaping culture. It will also be of interest to university executive development programs where leading-edge thinking about culture change is valued.
