Experience a sample survey. The following describes how to access the demo and basic information about survey set-up.
What you will see An example of how the survey flows will be demonstrated. You will experience selecting the demographic groups you belong to, responding to several sets of survey item statements plus two of our most common open-ended questions. Respond to the survey as if you are a participant, selecting Position or Role, Department, Region/Location, Age Group, etc. You will be asked for your email address only in the Demo mode. At the end of the survey, you will get a report indicating completeness. This flags sections where item statements have not yet been responded to.
Access codes and passwords A unique computer-generated access code is assigned to each participant. This ensures allows a user, if interrupted, to leave a partially completed survey and return to it later.
Customizing to your organization Once you have accessed the demo, you will see our company logo on the right. When launched with your
company logo, our logo will shift to the left and your organization’s logo will be on the right. Your organization name will be used in certain statements. The second open-ended question can be customized to your specific situation or a third question added.
View your results Once you have submitted your survey and are on the ‘Thank you’ page, click on the link on the lower left called View your
results and you will be taken a sample page that displays data. This
illustrates the flexibility of the analysis engine behind the survey. Once the survey is launched this link will be not be present for participant use.
