Need to take the pulse of your culture?

The Culture Pulse provides you with a custom culture survey. It enables you to probe into specific organizational culture patterns that are important to your organization and to assess their strength. It can be used by small to large organizations for an initial, targeted culture assessment or as a means to track how culture is being shaped over time.

You select 8 to 12 from over 30 patterns that we have identified as contributing most to strategic fit. We provide the sets of validated statements and proven questions for your Culture Pulse. Our ability to quickly post your survey on our web-site enables you to rapidly deploy a confidential, customized culture survey to organization members and to have the data interpreted by culture experts. An upgraded Culture Pulse Plus report includes findings, priority areas for attention and suggestions for where to start.

Surveys comprise 40-50 item statement surveys and take about about 12 minutes to complete. Two open-ended questions allow respondents to use their own words to talk about their culture. Each report uses a scorecard approach (red, yellow, green indicators) to identify strengths and opportunity areas with objective assessment by culture experts.

Create your own Culture Pulse survey now

You can quickly set up your own Culture Pulse survey. Go to our Culture Survey Shop. Click on the culture patterns you want in your Culture Pulse survey. Tell us when the culture survey should start and end. Fill in the name of your organization or organization unit/function and the groups you want to compare (e.g. executives, managers, employees or sales, service and admin) and pay by credit card. Your Culture Pulse survey will be set up and a trial survey posted for your review. Your survey will be ready to run on the date of your choosing. Your Culture Pulse report will be provided usually 3 days after survey close. Feel free, of course, to connect with a human being in our office at any time.
