Sometimes all you need is a quick check that all is well with the evolving culture of a group or evidence that you need to be taking a closer look at the assumptions, practices and norms of behavior currently in use. The Culture Check does just that. It provides the framework to hold meaningful conversations that build shared understanding about the way that the culture is supporting what is important to be done and aspects of culture that require attention.
