The Culture Check survey had a positive impact on both myself and my company. Obviously it was good to provide a forum to give staff a voice about their attitudes in my small company's work environment. The Culture Check allowed me to candidly discuss our growth needs as well as several delicate topics in a non-confrontational forum.
