Checking for Survey Completion Status
During your Culture Check survey period, we recommend that you periodically check the completion status of your survey.
Tips:
This is fast and easy to do by using our on-line tracking system.

Go to the Culture Check survey: http://www.culturestrategyfit.com/ccsurvey

Enter the first three alpha characters of your universal access code followed by the numbers "00001" i.e. ABC00001

Enter the administration password: STATUS
The number of completed surveys will be displayed (by group if you ordered more than one group).
You can check the survey status as frequently as you want, although we recommend doing so at least once per day.
If you find that the completion rate is low, consider sending a reminder to encourage more participation. Also send a message to leaders asking them to speak personally with their staff and to explain why it is important that they participate.
