RETURN POLICY

Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business. Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (excluding reports), you may return any of the following items to Culture-Strategy Fit Inc., for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error): Any book, facilitator guide or poster in its original condition

We will endeavor to remedy any customer satisfaction issues related to reports we are contracted to provide to you through our Culture Shop. Contact our Partner, Client Relations at satisfaction@culturestrategyfit.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Ordering an item from Culture Shop? We can ship to over 215 countries in the world through our shipping provider UPS.

EMAILED REPORTS

When you place an order, you will be notified of the delivery date for receipt of your report, emailed in PDF format, based on the survey close date you have requested. Culture Check reports will be delivered by PDF to the email address that you identify within two business days of survey close. Culture Pulse reports will be sent by PDF within five business days of survey close. Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Contact us at service@culturestrategyfit.com or 1-866-550-8781.

PRINTED REPORTS

Printed reports are shipped within 24 hours after you have received your emailed report. You will receive an email confirming shipping details when your order is shipped.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs for orders from the Culture Shop depend upon the location being shipped to and the projected weight of the shipment. These are calculated using the UPS calculator. The shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

CUSTOMS

Customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are related to the policies of the country of the purchaser. We are located in Canada. No customs fees are anticipated for shipments in North America.
There are no known export restrictions for our reports and materials.
