culturecheck: getting results
Most organizations are tasked with delivering financial, social and other results. This survey examines the practices and behaviors that influence goal achievement and performance. These include practices that ensure clear authority levels and line of sight from individual objectives to organization goals. It also includes behaviors that encourage the use of judgment and discretion in decision-making and a willingness to accept responsibility for the outcome. In addition, the Getting Results survey examines empowerment, sense of urgency, and emphasis placed on striving for improved performance and results.
