Once culture-fit to strategy priorities have been identified, it is time to start building broad understanding, commitment and cohesion amongst all leaders to what is important for culture-strategy fit. We can support your leaders as they develop integrated plans of action to address system-wide and regional, departmental and/or functional culture-strategy fit priorities. We can also facilitate the decontruction of practices with core groups and the redesign of these practices to better align with goals and strategies. These are often the levers for shifting culture. Qualitative and quantitative measurement systems can then be installed to track improvements in culture fit over time.
