The Culture Snapshot™ is an on-line survey that is available 24/7 and easy to translate into multiple languages. All of our reports present culture strengths in an easy to remember scorecard format (green, gold, red). While we leverage technology to gather and analyze data, each report is interpreted and written by a culture expert with extensive organizational experience so that the implications for success are clear.

Culture Photography

Pictures say 1000 words. They represent a moment in time but can reveal deep truths. Imagine asking participants to come to a workshop with photographs that represent 'the way things get done around here'. No people required - just images from the workplace.

Culture photography sparks discussions that reveal the organization’s culture at its best and its most confounding. Conversation probes deeply into the values of the organization that are espoused and in use. Behaviors, rules, principles and beliefs are made explicit and tested for validity. In a short period of time, participant perception of the culture has been exposed and norms and beliefs that are supporting and impeding progress are tested. This is culture photography in action. Culture change acceleration has started.
