The Culture Check survey had a positive impact on both myself and my company. It provided a forum to give staff a voice about their attitudes in my small company's work environment. The Culture Check allowed me to candidly discuss our growth needs as well as several delicate topics in a non-confrontational forum. The conversation benefited from the effective 3rd party voice of the survey which is a real credibility boost. The biggest surprise is that this survey has given me feedback and perspective which I am convinced has already made me a better leader.
