Comparing Two or More Groups

We have identified the Top 5 patterns for each Culture Check to create a 5 minute, quick check survey. If you would like to add other culture patterns to make a longer survey, use the Culture Pulse Shop. You will be able to select the Top 5 patterns plus others of your choice.

Tips:

• The groups can be any grouping that provides insights into differences in culture patterns.

• Typical choices are based on positions (manager, sales staff, service staff, admin staff), locations (Office, Depot), departments (Finance, Operations, Sales), teams (executive team, ERP transition team, ERP implementation) or locations (Head Office, East Office).

• There must be a minimum of three respondents in a group for us to maintain anonymity. You may wish to combine very small groups.
