Culture Pulse

The Culture Pulse is a ‘build your own’ culture survey that assesses culture patterns that you select to meet your specific needs. Each culture pattern has been rigorously tested and is assessed using sets of five item statements. Once selected, we create an on-line survey that you can use to survey an unlimited number of people in an organization in up to four groups (e.g. manager, sales non-managers, service non-managers, admin non-managers or such as partners, lawyers, researchers, admin) during a time period of your choice. 1. What is unique or special about your organization’s culture?
2. What is the most important change we need to make in the way we work together to help us to achieve our goals?

We then compile the responses and provide you with an easy-to-read, practical report that includes:

• Descriptions of the selected culture patterns

• Line graphs displaying the average score for each item

• Distribution tables that show how many people entered a specific response to each statement

• Scorecard-type (green, gold and red) coding on culture strengths and opportunity areas

• Objective assessment of the results by culture experts
