Culture Check

A Culture Check survey tests the top five culture patterns for specific areas of breakthrough performance gains. It is quick 5-6 minute survey that consists of 20 item statements and two open-ended questions that takes only minutes to complete anonymously on-line. The strength of each of the culture patterns is given a scorecard rating accompanied by the rationale for the rating so you and your group can quickly see the strength of the culture patterns influencing the success of day-to-day activities.

Sets of rigorously tested statements help us assess specific culture patterns. Once you select the survey of your choice, we create an on-line survey that you can use to survey an unlimited number of people in an organization in up to four groups (e.g. manager, sales non-managers, service non-managers, admin non-managers or partners, lawyers, researchers, admin) during a time period of your choice.

We then compile the responses and provide you with an easy to read, practical report that includes:

• Descriptions of the five culture patterns

• Line graphs displaying the average score for each item

• Distribution tables that show how many people entered a specific response to each statement

• Scorecard-type (green, gold and red) coding on culture strengths and opportunity areas
