This survey examines culture patterns which contribute to organizational agility and resilience. This requires that people feel free to challenge assumptions, have the flexibility to address situational differences and apply lessons learned in one part of the organization to others. This survey assesses how easy it is to get new ideas to the right people to be evaluated and to then have them turned into value-creating products or services. It also assesses whether people are paying close attention to details that indicate discrepancies that may be the symptoms of larger issues and to the unintended consequences of change.
