Accessing Your Survey

Within one business day of placing your order, your survey will be set-up. You will receive an e-mail providing the survey link and a universal access code for your survey. 

Tips:

• Survey preview: Your survey will be set up and ready to view within one business day of placing your order. This allows you time to get familiar with the survey and how it works. The survey will be reset and ready for data entry at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on your selected start date.

• Access Codes and Passwords: All survey participants use the same access code to enter the survey. Once logged into the survey they are provided with a unique personal access code and asked to create their own confidential password. These allow them to return to an incomplete survey if they are interrupted. Once the survey is "closed" (people click on the Submit button) they will not be able to go back in and view or revise their responses.
